Pet Policy

We allow a maximum of 2 pets total per household. Monthly rent is $50/pet. The one-time pet fee is $350/pet and is non-refundable. We do not have a pet deposit. There is a weight limit of 100 lbs per pet. We do not allow any exotic species (example: hamsters, birds, reptiles, fish, rabbits). 

Breed Restrictions:
We do not allow German Shepherd, American Pit Bull Terrier, Husky, Doberman, Mastiff, Great Dane, Rottweiler, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, American Bulldog, Wolf Hybrids, Saint Bernard, Chow Chow, and Akita.
